  • I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

To reset your password, click on 'Forgot your password' on the login page and follow the instructions.

  • How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?

  • How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your order status and tracking number. You can then track your package in the website of your chosen shipping service. You can also see your order status by signing into your account and select 'My Orders' under My Account.

  • Do you serve custom orders?

Yes we do. Pease contact us for more details. Before you make inquiries, please note that custom orders usually have a lead time of 2-3 months. So if your request is urgent, we apologise beforehand for not being able to fulfill custom orders on a rush.

  • Is there minimum quantity for custom pieces?

Depends on the product. For big pieces (chandelier, big pendants or centrepiece) it is viable. However, for small pieces (single pendant lamp or wall lamp) the cost of production would be high if you order only one or a few pieces.
