Terms of sale

By placing an order in www.aurora-lights.co, you are offering to purchase a product on subject to the following T&Cs. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. The timeline from processing until dispatch of orders may vary according to product availability. Delivery times may subject to any delays resulting from logistics services or force majeure, which will be beyond our scope of responsibility.

When you place an order:

1. You will receive an acknowledgement email containing your order details (this is not a receipt).

2. We will only accept and process your order once your payment has been approved (you should receive an email with the subject “Payment Accepted”). This is where a sale contract is formed.

3. Payment should be made within 48 hours after an order is placed, otherwise it will be automatically cancelled and you will have to place a new order for the same items if you still wish to make the purchase.

4. Orders that have been paid for cannot be cancelled by the customer. Make sure to check your order carefully before making payment.

5. In rare occasions, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close an account if we discover something suspicious or dodgy with the account (e.g. invalid email address or billing and shipping address).

6. If there are any issues about your order (damaged or defective products, wrong items received, etc.), you have less than 7 days to make a complaint to our Customer Care (care@aurora-lights.co) from the date you receive the package.*

7. All request for exchange or refund should be made within 7 days from date of delivery.**

Product pricing and description

We tried our best to ensure that all product descriptions and prices on this site are accurate, but we can't deny that errors may be there at times. If we happen to discover an error for any items in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid, we will issue a full refund.
