Shipping details

To check your delivery cost, proceed to checkout and enter your address details (click here to see how to order). For big items or bulk orders, it is advisable to contact us regarding shipping as normal shipping weight will not apply (for big sized package, total weight will be calculated by volume of the package).

Currently we ship nationwide in Indonesia. Please allow 1-2 working days for processing time and up to 7 working days for delivery, depending on your location and choice of logistics carrier. Deliveries within Jabodetabek area should normally take less than 3 days after being dispatched.

For multiple orders made by the same account on the same day, it is possible to have them processed together. Simply let us know as soon as possible if you wish to do so.

While we take extra care in packing your orders, once dispatched they are in the hands of the chosen carrier for safe transit. Please do let us know if you experience any problem with your chosen carrier (delay, damages, etc.).

Shipping option

There are common shipping options available in the website: JNE, J&T, Wahana, SiCepat. For shipment outside Jabodetabek, it is possible to pick other shipping services or your own preferred local shipping carrier. Simply let us know before placing order and we can make arrangements for your order.

Delivery service

We may provide in-house delivery service around Jakarta & Tangerang area, especially for bulk orders (arranged by schedule). Please contact us before proceeding to checkout if you wish to have us deliver your order.

Returns Policy

We only accept returns for factory damage or defects. Please make sure to request within 7 days from delivery date. We apologise if you have received wrong items for your order — please kindly email our Customer Care at [email protected] to get it sorted.
